Frequently Asked Questions
Several communication channels are available to ensure effective communication between parents and the school. These communications are via emails, telephone extensions, direct face-to-face meetings, online meetings, and through our school portal (Edunation)
- Grade-Level Supervisors: The first point of contact for academic or behavioral concerns, daily follow-up, and any questions related to your child’s grade level.
- Phase Supervisors (Middle School / High School): For matters that need escalation beyond the grade level, such as repeated behavioral issues, significant academic concerns, or student well-being.
- Social Worker ( Middle School- High School): For matters related to students’ personal development, behaviour, learning difficulties, and emotional support.
- Deputy Head of Section / Head of Section: For issues that remain unresolved after contacting grade and phase supervisors. This level addresses policy-related matters, school-wide concerns, or critical issues requiring leadership intervention.
Students have two breaks daily:
- A breakfast break
- A break for Al Dhur Prayer Time
There are three main breaks during the academic year:
- Winter Break
- Spring Break
- Summer Break
All dates are subject to approval by SPEA (Sharjah Private Education Authority).
Report cards are issued twice per year:
- At the end of semester 1
- At the end of the academic year
Parents are encouraged to follow the school communication structure to ensure that concerns are addressed effectively:
- Class Teacher : The first point of contact for daily academic follow-up, homework questions, and classroom behavior.
- Grade Level Supervisor : Handles academic or behavioral concerns that require additional follow-up beyond the classroom level.
- Social Worker : Provides support for student wellbeing, emotional concerns, and social development.

- Pre-KG : Children must be 3 years old by school age cut-off date.
- KG1 : Children must be 4 years old.
- KG2 : Children must be 5 years old.
These age requirements follow UAE educational guidelines.

- If needed, the KG section’s social worker devises an individual plan for the student.
All students are expected to be toilet trained.
