It is an honor on behalf of the entire learning community; students, staff, and parents, to welcome you to the American School of Creative Science (ASCS). As you make your way through our website, I hope you get a sense of what makes ASCS an extraordinary american school in Dubai.

Located in Nad Al Sheba 2, we are a growing learning community that supports our students’ intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and social growth. We aim to offer the very best of academic instruction that combines the US Curriculum with the Arabic, Islamic, and Social Studies for UAE.

Our unique Qur’an program ensures our students develop a love for recitation and memorization. Our curriculum is delivered in an environment that places a strong emphasis on strong moral values, ethos, and cultural traditions, hence our motto: Excellence rooted in values.

Testimonials

This is my third year with ASCS and counting. My loyalty to the school grows with every term. I am a parent who always emails and has tons of questions and suggestions, and the school has consistently and patiently listened and taken action where necessary. My favorite thing about ASCS is walking to collect my son and recognizing parents and teachers, and there is always a friendly ‘Salam’. I know this sounds simple but receiving a friendly smile and recognizing me and my son means a lot to me! It gives me a sense of security and family. In the end, my son is growing up with this school, and knowing he is in safe hands is all I can ask for.

At ASCS, the teachers are considerate and very smart; they put a lot of thought into teaching us interesting lessons. ASCS is my second home with friends that have become an extension of my family. I specifically enjoy the activities planned which are fun and challenge us like “Innovation Month” and “Apollo 13” and “school debate”.

I thought by quarter one of 2021 all this COVID nightmare would end. Although it’s still out there and all the challenges, I am so grateful for keeping one part of our kids' life as normal as possible and that is education. I want to deeply thank you for listening to us, for your fast reply, for your feedback, and continuous efforts to make education better for our kids and us as parents. Words can never be enough to thank the amazing teachers who are doing wonders in between online and on-campus as well as maintaining all the required safety standards. I feel happy when Zoe or Amir come back from school with their stories knowing that they were cared for and educated to the highest possible standard. This year I am witnessing more experiments and hands-on experiences, more creativity, and competitions which is adding excitement to our kids and I love the interaction and the relationship they are building with their teachers. The reason I like my school is that we are involved in many activities such as Student Council, projects, experiments, and many more. The activities are so much fun, and they help us learn in a fun and easier way. The second reason why I like my school is the teachers educate us in an easier way and which we understand; for example, they use WAGOLLS, they plan activities that show us easy techniques on how to solve a problem and then give us application tasks to challenge ourselves. My last reason is how the school takes care of our well-being through well-being lessons, and teachers educate us on how to cope with our problems and we can talk to teachers and the principal without them judging us.
