Duke of Edinburgh

ASCS offers the Duke of Edinburgh Award
ASCS is dedicated to nurturing personal growth and independence. In line with our commitment to preparing students for the future, we are proud to offer the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh’s Award program.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) is a globally recognized program that gives students in Grades 9 to 12 the opportunity to build essential skills that prepare them to be #worldready. The award challenges students to complete a service activity, develop a new skill, and commit to a physical activity, while also taking part in an adventurous expedition in a unique setting. Today, the DofE is active in over 130 countries and territories worldwide.

Mini & Junior Duke
Supporting Confidence & Independence
The Mini and Junior Duke programs support this journey by encouraging children to take part in a wide range of new experiences. They promote a positive ‘have a go’ attitude and inspire students to develop diverse skills from an early age. Through participation, children learn that success may not come on the first attempt—and that this is perfectly okay. In doing so, they build the resilience and perseverance that will benefit them throughout their lives.
